Refund Policy


The Trendy Crib  General Item Return Policy - In most cases, eligible items shipped from can be returned for exchange or refund for whatever reason up to 14 days from the date of delivery. If applicable, Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price of said goods, and is deducted from the refund.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA)  to print and include in your return package as well as the return shipping address along with any further instructions if necessary.


Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working?

If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

1. Within 14 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video along with an explanation of the issue and whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement.
2. We will review the claim and contact you with any further questions if necessary.
3.If Approved, you may be asked to return the product. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to print and include in your return package as well as the return shipping address to process the refund or exchange of the item once received. You pay for return shipping. We can not and will not process the refund or exchange of merchandise until it has been received at our warehouse and inspected.

Will I need to send the item back to The Trendy Crib?  

Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team.
If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including the return address. We always advise that you get some sort of shipping insurance. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and inspected the merchandise.

Where do i send returns?

All products ordered from our warehouses must be returned back to the corresponding warehouse. For example products ordered from our China warehouse must be returned back to the China warehouse.

When will I get my Refund?

If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full/partial refund in a separate email.
If you are approved, then your full/partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days of that email.

Where's my refund?

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account depending on your bank or credit card institution's policies. If you haven’t received your refund , we ask you to first contact your bank or credit card institution regarding the matter periodically. If still have not received your refund in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at 

Notwithstanding this Return Policy, The Trendy Crib reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for a reason not stated above. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
